Terms and conditions returns and refunds

Return period: You have 14 days from receiving the package to request a return.

Item condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with intact packaging.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
